Classes help babies sleep better, digest better, and grow stronger! Parents are shown "magic poses" to stop crying or fussy babies, "brain builders" to stimulate brain development, and active poses to promote fun and giggles.

Halloween Itsy Bitsy Yoga this Friday!

Remember that this Friday will be a special Halloween Itsy Bitsy Yoga, so if you like, you can dress up the little ones. Don't forget to bring your cameras!

New moms and babies are welcome to "drop-in" for $20 per class. Also, if daddies or other relatives or friends would like to come, they are welcome.

Fall 2011 Itsy Bitsy Yoga classes

I'm planning on starting a BABY Itsy Bitsy Yoga class on Fridays, 11 a.m. at Native Yoga Center (Juno), Oct. 7 - Nov 18 (excluding Nov 4), for a 6-week session. The BABY class is for newborns to pre-crawling.

I could possibly start a TOT class for toddlers after the BABY class. The TOT class would be 12-12:45.

Cost is $95 for the 6 weeks. I do need a minimum of 5 parents/babies in each class to start.

Contact Kayla for private classes or if interested in a group baby class to be held at Native Yoga Center in Juno Beach (starting Sept 2011). Kayla's yoga specializes in introducing individuals to yoga and guiding them to reap the benefits on a personal level.

New Baby and Tyke classes

I will start 2 new sessions for Babies and Tykes at Native Yoga Center in Juno Beach if I get a minimum of 5 little ones in each class.

To register, call Native Yoga Center asap at 561-296-7996 with your credit card info, so we know how many in each class. Be sure to specify "Baby" or "Tykes." Baby class is newborn to pre-crawling;
Tykes is 2-5 yrs (approx).

Each 6-week session is $95 for mom/child.

Baby: Wednesdays, 11 a.m., starting April 27
Tykes: Tuesdays, 11a.m. starting April 26

Our first baby yoga class for this session last Tuesday at Native Yoga Center in Juno Beach went well! We had 5 moms and babies, but will be adding 2 more next Tuesday. If you join the session on March 15, cost is prorated to $80 for the remaining 5 classes. Babies, newborn to about a year are fine for this baby class. Call Native Yoga to register.
