Kayla Willson: With 30 years of experience in practicing yoga, Kayla helps individuals of all ages discover the powerful benefits of yoga practices and principles to mind and body. Her classes include basic yoga stretches for overall health and relaxation as well as special calming techniques for increased focus and stress relief. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from Michigan State University and has years of training in family dynamics and human behavior, including nearly 25 years experience as a social worker and a teacher in Palm Beach County. Her Yoga For Kids helps young people build confidence and learn ways to focus and calm themselves, while having fun at the same time. She strives to instill good habits for exercise and movement at an early age, and to teach children healthy ways to deal with stress. Presently, Kayla teaches Itsy Bitsy Yoga classes (parent and baby/child), school age children one-on-one at Juno Beach Prep School, and gentle yoga and stress release at alcohol and drug abuse treatment centers in Palm Beach County. Kayla also offers private classes in your own home at your convenience.
